The Utah Writing Project (UWP) started by Bill Strong in 1979 at Utah State University is affiliated with the The National Writing Project (NWP). This writing project site ceased operation in 2007; the Wasatch Range Writing Project, now services the Wasatch Front and the state of Utah.
